Changed the method to determine if a site is above or bellow the
daily average. Previously it was comparing the day average (corrected
accordingly to the time of day) with historic average plus/minus a
fixed value of 10 percent. Now this percentage will start in 20% at
0:00 and decrease in a linear fashion down to 10% at 23:59.
Added new feature: now blue color in visits number will show when
this is the most visited day for that site.
Corrected a small bug on Update Info form which was causing error
on database update. Thanks to Marcelo Silveira for the information.
